15 titles for FIDDLER Tim Smith, violinist of his state, as his grandfather before him, is a who shared his talents with many artists such as Tony Rice and Del McCoury to name a few musicians. On this album, he wrote or co-wrote eight songs, the other being the work of Bill Monroe, bluegrass master of the legendary "Milk Cow Blues" or the standard of Hank Williams "I saw the light." If most of the songs are instrumentals, the latter two are sung. Musically, this is the top, Tim is absolutely what he wants with his instrument, his compositions are varied, it is not bored for a moment, and when Wyatt Rice gets involved with his guitar and Eric Ellis banjo is feasting. When you love bluegrass, loved the violin, and when you love the violin, we love Tim Smith. We want more!
